About this page
This page lists the changes we make to Fostr that an agency would notice. When a change affects how your agency works, we also email the contacts your agency gave us.
Whether Fostr is working right now is on our Status page.
1.November 2026
- 5 November. Newer models for drafting. Fostr's drafting now runs on newer Claude models through Amazon Bedrock: a faster one where speed matters and a more capable one where quality matters. A person still reads every draft before it is filed.
- 5 November. A published security contact. This website now publishes a security.txt file that says where to report a security problem, and the app does the same.
- 5 November. Email that is harder to forge. Our domain now tells other mail servers to refuse or quarantine email that claims to come from fostrtech.com but was not sent by our own mail services.
- 1 November. Long lists stay fast. Lists stay fast and exact however long they grow.
- 1 November. Your agency's own paper. Each agency's forms print on that agency's own paper.
- 1 November. Answers that survive a reload. Answers you have typed into a document form, but not yet saved, are still there if the page reloads.
- 1 November. Older laptops. Fostr now runs on older laptops.
2.October 2026
- 25 October. A simpler layout. A top bar holds your notices and your account. People, Signatures, Documents and Communications each have a page of their own.
- 23 October. One look for every email. Every email Fostr sends now uses the same letter layout.
- 20 October. Sign-in on Fostr's own screens. Signing in, resetting a password and signing out all happen on Fostr's own pages, with an authenticator app as the second step and single sign-on for agencies that use it.
- 15 October. Notices you can switch on and off. Fostr keeps one list of every notice it sends, with switches for the agency and for each worker.
